Last week the foundation held a fundraiser for the Kimbe General Hospital but was disappointed Kase and his deputy failed to turn up.
Kase was out of the country on an official trip with Health Minister Michael Malabag in Guam.
He says it is unfortunate that a lack of communication resulted in a no show from the department at the fundraiser.
