Huawei PS United down Erema 2-0

It took 20 minutes for the first goal to be scored through Iamo Makena who slotted one past the goalkeeper and into the net.

The score became 2-0 just before half time in the 39th minute when sloppy defence allowed Erickson Komeng to capitalize and score.

The second half was more defensive from  Huawei PS who ensured Erema had no chance of getting points on the board.

But the win came at a cost for Huawei PS who received 4 yellow cards, all in the second half compared to one yellow card to Erema.

Hekari hoping for 5th consecutive win

Hekari takes on Huawei PS United FC this afternoon in the second match of the double header at 3pm in round five of the Southern Conference.

Leading the points ladder, Hekari is six points ahead of its rival Huawei and is hoping to gain another three points.

Erema is level  with PKA Rapatona FC on six points while fourth placed Huawei will need this win to move three points up the ladder but they can only hope Rapatona suffers defeat against Gigira Laitepo in the first match today.
