Successful Applicants for graduate Program announced

The applicants were selected after a long and comprehensive screening process, with well over 200 expressions of interest being received for the Graduate Development and Apprenticeship Programs. The Remington Group programs have attracted some of the best candidates that Papua New Guinea has to offer in their chosen fields of study. 

CEFI launches Graduate Development Program

The CEFI Graduate Development Program (GDP) offers graduates and soon to be graduates prospective opportunities to gain relevant experience in a range of disciplines that contribute to greater financial inclusivity for Papua New Guinea.

The cross-functional development program will provide graduates exposure to different units and disciplines in financial inclusion coordination, financial inclusion training, communications and stakeholder mobilisation, finance and administration and special projects.

Wakia, from Wapenamanda District in the Enga Province, is one of many citizens that have developed and furthered their education with support from Oil Search. 

She joined the company in 2012 as a graduate petroleum engineer in the Graduate Development Program. She held the positions of development petroleum engineer and well integrity engineer before being appointed to her current role as production engineer, overseeing the Kutubu Central Processing Facility (CPF).
