PNG Kapuls to face giants Iran tonight

The team will face the regional football giants Iran (Team Melli) tonight in the international friendly at Shah Alam Stadium, in Malaysia.

It will be a David and Goliath battle with the 159th  FIFA ranked and Oceania 2nd placed PNG Kapuls going up against the 27thth ranked Iran, and 1st in Asia, in the FIFA Coca-Cola World Ranking.

Coach: Komolong a "Rising star"

Despite coming off the bench and playing in the final  eight minutes of the game, Felix was described by Dragons coach Willy Gerdsen on Stuff Football News as a “Rising Star”, with an obvious talent and classic plays that will offer the Dragons a lot this season.

With his strengths and ability as a quick learner to read the game, Felix played delightfully in his first game as they draw against Tasman United 2-2 last weekend.

The PNG youngster is looking to feature again in their Round 2 fixture this Sunday when Dragons take on Southern United.
