Digicel’s new combo package!

This combo package will allow customers to have unlimited talk time after purchasing three variety set plans from Digicel.

The 1TOK combo will allow users access to unlimited talk time, coming in plans of 1 day, 7 days and 30 days.

Depending on the purchase of three set packages of K5, K20 and K50, users will be treated to unlimited talk time with SMS, data and free Facebook surfing plans. This plan also includes free WhatsApp calling.

With these new plans, customers can enjoy more data for use on Google, WhatsApp and video calls as well as on social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram.

Digicel completes Share Purchase Agreement for Tonga Cable Ltd

As a result, Government will be able to co-finance alongside the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, the extension of the fibre optic cable to Vava’u and Ha’apai Islands for an improved telecommunication service in both Island groups.

DBTI’s practical learning boosted

According to WILL President Gou Kere, the group facilitated for the donation of equipment from the company’s Digicel Business arm.

Kere says the equipment can be used by the students for practical learning, adding that Digicel Business is proud to help students further their learning through such activities.

Angoram man guilty of stealing from bank

Mike Mack of Angoram in the East Sepik Province was sentenced to two years in prison however that sentence was suspended because he repaid all those monies.

Mack was a call centre agent with BSP retail in Port Moresby, when he accessed two accounts belonging to a John Warang and transferred the monies.

He committed the crime between February 18 and March 6, 2016 by accessing the accounts using the account holder’s mobile banking personal details.

He got a sim replacement from Digicel, and used Warang’s mobile numbers to make the transactions via mobile banking.
