Talent comp reaches finale

The semi-final was broadcasted live on TVWan Plus and will continue for the grand final on the 9th of December.

The contestants came with different talents and performances; two comedians, two magicians, three break dancers, eight singers and a dance group.

Out of the sixteen contestants, only eight will make it to the finals.

Viewers around PNG are asked to cast their votes to see their favourite performer through.

Nissan Patrol for Digicel Stars winner

The winner of the Digicel Stars talent competition will be driving away in a brand new Nissan Patrol, custom built Ironman 4x4 series from Boroko Motors.

Search for PNG talents is on

Following the announcement of the Show’s Season 1 Live auditions in five centres across the country last week, the host and judges of the talent show were announced earlier this week.

Host Carol Kidu and the four judges Elton Kili, Lorna McPherson, Anslom Nakikus and AKAY 47 will all be at the Season 1 Live Auditions starting with Buka on Saturday 12th October at Club Oasis in Buka Town.

Digicel Stars coming soon!

This time the show boasts a different format, and will be looking for talents in Buka next month.

Digicel PNG's Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, Lorna McPherson, says instead of the usual singing competition, this time, the show is open to every Papua New Guinean, over the age of 18, who has a unique talent or skill.
