World-standard facility for Lae institute

Representatives from the governments of Papua New Guinea and Australia opened the international-standard facility.

The facility was refurbished to include a new generator, an electrical upgrade to the workshop as well as new training tools and equipment.

APTC graduates 150 students at Idubada

They graduated under the courses of carpentry, commercial cookery, community services work, early childhood education and care, electro- technology electrician, engineering – fabrication trade, engineering- mechanical trade (diesel fitting), engineering- mechanical trade (fitting and machining), hospitality, light vehicle mechanical technology, tourism and youth work.

Of the 150 students, 37 were women who graduated in various  trades.
