Yei in, Maki out

SP Hunters prop, McKenzie Yei has been named in the starting line-up for this weekend's round two clash against the Northern Pride away in Australia.

Hunter #56, Yei made his debut off the bench last weekend, but was given the nod by coach, Michael Marum to be given a run in the first 13, in place of the injured Enock Maki.

Maki was injured in last weekend's win.

Ila Alu has been named on the bench and will become Hunter #59 if he takes the field on Saturday.

Brendon Gotuno, Muka Peter Kulu and Stargroth Amean have also been named on the extended bench.

The final 18 to travel will be named on Thursday.

The team flies to Cairns on Friday morning and will have a Captain's Run at the Brothers Oval at 4pm.

This will be followed by a ‘meet and greet” with the PNG community and supporters at 5pm.

The round 2 clash kicks off at 6pm on Saturday at Barlow Park.
