PNGRFL sets AGM date

The Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League (PNGRFL) will hold its 6th Annual General Meeting in Lae, Morobe Province, on Tuesday February 26, 2019.

PNGRFL Chairman Sandis Tsaka said among the agenda items will be the 2018 PNGRFL annual reports, audited financials and Constitutional amendments.

He said a general meeting will be held after the AGM to discuss other rugby league matters.

Tsaka reminded eligible delegates that travel to and from the AGM and accommodation costs will be met by the PNGRFL.

“Those affiliated leagues that complied with the PNGRFL requirements, registrations and completed their season with grand finals are eligible to attend,” Tsaka said.

“Subsistence and other costs are the responsibility of the delegates and their respective leagues,” the Chairman added.

He said only the presidents or their nominated representatives from each eligible affiliate league will be allowed entry into the AGM.

The AGM will start at 8.30am at the Lae International Hotel.
