PNG Kapuls will feature in the OFC Stage 3 playoffs and take on Tahiti on the 23rd of March in Port Moresby.
During the cheque presentation ceremony, Parkop encouraged the PNG team to take this opportunity and prove their capabilities to further their rank.
The gesture is timely as it will be used to help the PNG team’s preparations.
PNGFA senior vice president ,John Wesley Gonjuan thanked Parkop for the support and assured him that the funding will be used for its intended purpose.
PNG is pooled with Solomon Islands and Tahiti.
Kapuls travel the following week to Tahiti for their away match on March 28 in Papeete.
