The PNG Palais suffered heavy losses to France and Australia in their first two matches of the HSBC Sydney Sevens which started today at Allianz Stadium.
In this morning’s encounter, the French ran in eight tries to comfortably beat the Palais 50-0.
The match after lunch saw the current world champions, Australia put away the Palais with the same score line of 50-0.
The Palais will play their third and last match of the day against Spain at 3:56pm.
