It’s show time!

It’s show time where today sees the PNG LNG Kumuls’ final home game of the Rugby League World Cup at the Oil Search National Football Stadium.

Today’s game day activities will also include the parade of former Moresby-based Kumuls at 2.15pm prior to the kick off to the game between the PNG Kumuls and the USA Hawks.

Gates will open at 11.30am and the action begins with the kick-off for the curtain-raiser match between PNG Defence Force and Australian Defence Force women’s teams.

Cultural performances from the 4 regions of PNG, as an initiative of the PNG Tourism Promotion Authority, will take place at 1:25pm.

Another significant event will be the launch of 20 days of activism campaign by CIMC – FSVAC at 1:25pm at the Oil Search NFS.

Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary band will also be providing entertainment up to the warm up for start of the PNG and USA game.

The RLWC 2017 match between PNG and USA will kick-off at 3.05pm.

A highlight during halftime at today’s match will see the PNG women’s rugby league team, Oil Search PNG Orchids, be introduced on the field before flying out to Sydney tomorrow.
