Brazil and Korea Republic touched down on PNG soil early this morning; the Brazilians at 4.50am and Korea Republic at 5.30am.
Next to arrive will be Germany, Spain, Korea DPR and Sweden. All four teams will fly in on Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, the PNG U-20 women’s team arrived this afternoon from their tour of New Zealand.
PNG’s first pool match is against Brazil at 7pm at the Sir John Guise Stadium on November 13.
The World Cup will run from November 13-December 3.
