36 teams take part in charity golf

The Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited Charity Golf challenge saw 36 teams participate in the inaugural event on Friday to raise funds towards Life PNG Care's work.

The inaugural charity event by Kumul Petroleum Holdings saw 36 teams tee off at 10am yesterday.

The event organisers anticipated 44 teams however, 36 registered for the one day event.

Among those who participated was Works Minister Michael Nali and Education Minister Nick Kuman.

Event organiser from Kumul Petroleum Holdings, Willie Kupo, says it was a fun day which saw 144 players on the green.

The inaugural charity golf challenge ended at 5pm yesterday.

All funds raised will go towards Life PNG Care's charity programs.
