NCD Governor Powes Parkop shared his impatience for change before a packed crowd at Tabari Place earlier this week.
Parkop said there is no room for excuses and blame game.
He challenged the National Capital District Commission to shape up and take the lead in reforming the city.
He further urged the city authority to lead, regulate, enforce and help change the behaviour of residents.
Governor Parkop said the next 5 years is not about reinventing the wheel but rather, it is about coming up with solutions to creating a safe, clean and peaceful Port Moresby.
