111 charges were given out on Tuesday to the 37 police pass outs involved in the recent initiation like practices at the Bomana police college.

The pass-outs were briefed by the college sergeant major and executive officer about what is to happen to them.

There are three charges laid to each of the 37 men totaling 111 charges to be served to the pass-outs.

From records each pass-out will be charged with:

1.            Disobeying the commandants orders

2.            Disgraceful conduct

3.            Prejudicial conduct

The police college commandant Peter Philip who over saw the process explained that after interviews and the charges are served all the proof of service will be endorsed and delivered to the internal affairs unit and they will be directed to the begin the administrative process.

Once this is done, the Commandant says that the IAU findings will be presented to the police commissioner who will deliberate on the findings and issue a final directive about the outcome of the case.

Meantime, the proof of service forms are expected to be served to the IAU by today.
