While it was business as usual for the supermarket and its customers, it was a slow first day following the brutal shooting and murder of a Filipino man on Thursday evening.
Some shoppers we spoke to had no idea why the shop was closed whole day Friday.
Those who heard the news of the shooting said they were shocked and raised concerns on safety in public places.
Meantime, the private security guard who killed his colleague and fellow countryman is now behind bars at the Boroko Police Station.
He has been charged with 1 count of wilful murder.
Police have also indicated more charges to be laid as investigation progresses.
While police have confirmed that both the deceased and the suspect are from the Philippines, the motive of the killing has not been established.
