Trukai Industries is the latest company to lend its support to Athletics PNG’s National Sports Institute based training programme in preparation for the 2019 Pacific Games.
Trukai will support the athletes training in Goroka with a monthly rice donation up to July 2019.
APNG Secretary Philip Rehder said currently a dozen of the national team members reside at NSI undergoing training for next year’s Games, and the number will gradually increase.
Athletics PNG welcomes such assistance.
