A little help to treat our body right

New Year always has people trying to treat their body the right way by exercising.

Whatever the exercise is, a health blog Very Well believes we all need a little help with it sometimes, whether we're just starting out or we've been at it for a long time.

People shy away from personal training probably because they’re unsure of what they’ll get out of the experience or weather it’s worth the money.

And Very Well gives a number of reasons why people work with per trainers. Some want an individualised program so they can lose weight or get in shape while others simply need to be held accountable for their workouts.

Wherever you are on your exercise journey, a personal trainer may be just what you need to take it to the next level

Tru Warrior, has been topping lists since last year and Loop PNG took to find out about the January Program.

The program begins  January 16 and will finish on February 25.

As usual, it is six weeks of intense, challenging and life changing training that will make one not only  stronger physically but also mentally.

“You will be taught how to eat correctly and guided step by step to make this a permanent change. You will train  three times a week,” says Tru Warrior.

According to Tru Warrior, the training times are:

Group A

Mon, Wed, Fri at 6am

Group B

Tue, Thursday at 6pm and Saturday 7am

“You will be placed into either group depending on your training experience and current level of fitness.”

Group A caters to those who have been with Tru Warrior for a while, Group B will be for new recruits.

The program will be at Murray Barracks Gymnasium which is located in the centre of Murray Barracks Three-Mile.
