Waga Shake brings crowd out at the Cosmopolitan

Either the crowd was made of people from the Waigani suburb or just crazy fans, but one thing for sure, it was Waga Shake that put life into the shy audience at the Cosmopolitan last night.

The six7five party kicked off at 11:30pm with guest performance – the man in dreads – O’Four starting up the heat.

Boys from CocoMahn Basement (CMB) took on the challenge to keep the crowd entertained dropping favourites including Basio lalo among others.

And yes, Narxson was in the house and he did turn the heat up with Meri Nakanai and Mangi Morobe.

But the magic happened when Planet Native stepped on the stage bringing harsh Hip Hop straight out of Port Moresby’s urban scene.

The four boys did spit and it was fire as the crowd chanted after them Waga shake, pom pom city shake and I do this for my city pom city shake!

Six7five collaboration with the ultimate Dj Dirtyfingerz did bring it – holding back nothing, all their old and new hits in one night.

Sai Kay (Silas Kania) also made a featured appearance during the show.

The night showed one thing – PNG Hip Hop movement is alive and growing.
