“During the event, a handful of the furry friends on our adoption program were featured in the hope of finding suitable new homes for them. Please adopt, don’t shop. By adopting you will be making a difference to the life of an animal in need,” says RSPCA.

“The Dogs Day Out was held to promote responsible pet ownership and highlighting the work of the RSPCA of PNG in addressing issues of animal welfare that exist in Papua New Guinea.

“The RSPCA promotes responsible pet ownership and encourages all pet owners to have their dogs registered. We also encourage pet owners to have their pets desexed and are happy to speak with pet owners about the benefits of desexing.”
