Moresby South MP, Justin Tkatchenko, says one of the first things he will push for in the new government is to improve the electoral roll and election process.
He said this during the presentation of the Moresby South writ to Electoral Commissioner, Patilias Gamato.
Tkatchenko said he is confident the People’s National Congress will be the major coalition partner to form government. And when that happens, he will push for the Prime Minister to seriously look into improving the electoral process for 2022.
He said serious improvements needed to be made to allow for the smooth flow of elections.
