National Alliance Party candidate and Angoram incumbent MP, Salio Waipo, is ahead of the field of 28 candidates contesting for the Open seat in East Sepik after completion of primary counts.
Returning Officer Cherobin Vaiang told Loop PNG that counting officials will now do a quality check to balance the votes of each candidate this afternoon.
