West New Britain Governor Sasindran Muthuvel has congratulated Talasea MP Francis Marus on his appointment as the Higher Education Minister.
Muthuvel also thanked Prime Minister Peter O’Neill for having confidence and appointing one of WNB MP as a minister in the Cabinet.
"I am sure he will head on with the current challenges we are facing and get all our students back to University and save their academic year and bring relieve to many parents , Provincial Governments and DDAs," says Mutuel.
The other changes of portfolios in the cabinet includes Malakai Tabar appointed as Minister for Transport and Nixon Duban appointed as Minister for Petroleum and Energy.
