Sports Minister, Justin Tkatchenko says yesterday’s grand final between the Snax Lae Tigers and the Agmark Rabaul Gurias was how a rugby league match should always be played.
Yesterday’s grand final at the Sir John Guise stadium was highly entertaining and also trouble free which Tkatchenko was pleased with.
“We must all continue to work together to promote rugby league in the country which will benefit everyone.
“We must always remember that the game of rugby league is bigger than any one individual,” said Tkatchenko.
He concluded by thanking all the clubs for all their efforts this season and said he was looking forward to a bigger and better season next year.
