Nurse charged in Bobbi Kristina Brown case

A woman accused of posing as a nurse in the case of Bobbi Kristina Brown has been charged with practicing nursing without a license.

Gwinnett County Sheriff jail records, obtained by E! News, show Taiwo Sobamowo was also charged with financial identity fraud and having false identification documents. Sobamowo was in charge of taking care of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston's daughter while she remained at Peachtree Christian Hospice until she passed away on July 26, six months after she was found unresponsive in the bathtub of her town home on Jan. 31. She was 22.

Sobamowo remains in the Gwinnett County jail in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Ever since Bobbi Kristina passed away, there has been an ongoing investigation and a couple of lawsuits involving some of the people who were closest to her.

Before she died, her estate conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, filed a $10 million civil lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon. The suit claimed Gordon abused Bobbi Kristina physically and wired money from her bank account without authorization. In August, the suit was amended to include a wrongful death allegation.

But in October Hargrove's attorneys filed a new document that alleged Bobbi Kristina "died due to a violent altercation with [Gordon], after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture." Gordon denied the allegations and his lawyers released a statement.

"The lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless," Gordon's lawyers said in a statement, via his rep, to E! News. "Nick intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most."

As of December Bobbi Kristina's death case was still under investigation. Autopsy and toxicology reports by the Fulton County Medical Examiner remain sealed under court order.
