Hunters remain in third position

Despite their 20-18 loss yesterday, the SP PNG Hunters remain in third position on the Intrust Super Cup ladder.

After 8 rounds, the Hunters are on 12 points from 6 wins and 2 losses.

The Hunters will take on second placed Redcliffe Dolphins this Sunday at 3pm at the National Football Stadium.

 Redcliffe is the former team of Atolls MP Lauta Atoi who played in the backs.

The competition was then known as the Queensland State League. Atoi also represented PNG in the Kumuls. 

The two teams will battle it out for the Stan Joyce Cup.
