Barras need 213 to win

The Hebou PNG Barramundis need 213 runs for victory in the second match of the International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cricket League Championship (WCLC) fixtures against Namibia at Amini Park.

The visitors won the toss this morning and elected to bat first. Opener, Stephan Baard, set the tone with his 51 runs early on in the innings.

But Baard continued to run out of partners as the top order crumbled.

Baard was himself bowled out in the 20th over by Mahuru Dai.

It was middle order batsman, Nicolaas Scholtz, who top scored with an unbeaten 61 runs.

For the Barras, Willie Gavera (3/39) and Norman Vanua (3/38) were good with the ball. Namibia was all bowled out in the last ball of the last over.
