Vovosi village hosts crusade

The Christian Revival Church and Christian Life Centre in part nership with the University of Goroka and other churches held a crusade in Vovosi village in Nakanai, West New Britain Province.

Hoskins LLG president, Cedric Bibilo on Monday opened the Nakanai inter-denominational crusade.

With the message of ‘Manifesting the Glory of God’ in the new Nakanai district, the crusade hosted in Vovosi brought together all people from the district to glorify the Almighty God.

President Bibilo when officially opening the crusade urged the Nakanai people to be role models and lead by example, and show the way to others.

He said Christians are the key enablers to change the mindset of others and in reducing law and order issues in the district.

The five-night crusade will be followed by day sessions with UoG lecturers and students teaching on various life uplifting messages.

UoG representative, Isidor Gove said God is doing bigger things in Nakanai and needs the people to move the Gospel.

The weeklong crusade will end on Sunday January 1, 2023.
