Beginning March 10th, Loop PNG readers can pick up a free ticket on the Loop Pacific app for their chance to win. Just open your Loop app, collect the free digital ticket and register your contact details through the online form. Winner will be contacted on April 3^rd announced on April 7^th.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prize: 12-month Supa Plan subscription; does not include equipment, installation not is it transferrable for cash

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate, you must:

1. Be 18 years old or above; and
2. Have the Loop Pacific app installed on their smartphone;

Rules: These rules apply:

1. We may forfeit a prize if we suspect that the person claiming a prize:

1. is not the person who entered the promotion;
2. has engaged in or attempted to engage in fraud or unlawful conduct;
3. is a party to any scheme designed to manipulate the outcome of a draw;
4. is less than 18 years old; 
5. is otherwise in breach of these T&Cs; or
6. is otherwise not eligible for the prize.

2. The onus is on the claimant to prove that the claimant is eligible for the prize to our sole and absolute satisfaction. If we forfeit a prize, we will explain our reason for doing so to the claimant.  The claimant is not entitled to any remedy, redress, appeal or review other than to ask us to explain our reason for forfeiting a prize.  
3. If we award a prize to the claimant, we may require the claimant to sign a warranty and indemnity to the effect that:
   
   1. the claimant has not mislead Trend Media Pacific as to the claimant’s identity;
   2. the identity which Trend Media Pacific relies on to award the prize belongs to the claimant;
   3. no one else other than the claimant is eligible for the prize; and
   4. the claimant will be responsible for paying out any taxes, levies or fees applicable to, or in connection with, the prize.
4. If we have awarded the prize in error, the claimant agrees to repay the prize to Trend Media Pacific or to deliver the prize to the person whom Trend Media Pacific specifies is eligible for the prize.

Tax: The prize may be subject to tax, a levy or other fee imposed under PNG law or by a government authority. Trend Media Pacific is not liable for the tax, levy or fee. The prize recipient indemnifies Trend Media Pacific against any failure to pay any applicable tax, levy or fee.

Personal information: By participating in this promotion, you authorize Trend Media Pacific to use your personal information for the purposes of this promotion. You also authorize Trend Media Pacific to publish your personal information if you win a prize under this promotion.

Change management: We may change these T&Cs from time to time by publishing the revised rules under the ‘Win’ section of the Loop PNG website. The new rules take effect retrospectively from the start of the Golden Ticket Promotion.  Trend Media Pacific and its people shall not be liable for any changes to these T&Cs, even if the changes adversely affect you or seem unfair to you.
