CEOs in PNG have been urged to participate in the 2018 APEC CEO Survey.
The Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce has issued an invite to CEOs in PNG to partake in the annual survey of business leaders operating in the 21 APEC economies.
With PNG as chair of APEC 2018, participating in the survey provides CEOs a platform to take part in Asia Pacific’s most prominent public-private dialogue and highlight relevant issues that can help unlock opportunities for the region, especially PNG.
Recognising the opportunities and challenges posed by digital transformation, this year’s survey will focus on the digital agenda and the prospects for growth in 2018-2019.
The overall findings of the study will also be shared with economic and business leaders at the APEC CEO Summit in November.
The APEC CEO Survey has been jointly produced by PwC and the APEC CEO Summit organising committee for nine years.
The survey shapes ongoing discussions between business and Asia Pacific policymakers.
The survey involves more than 1,000 influential business decision makers who provide a unified voice on trade and investment outlooks.
