VC expo underway despite polling

2017 Vision City Trade expo is still on today, despite polling in the nation’s capital.

The exposition, in its second year now, started on Monday.

The mega-mall’s management confirmed a smaller turnout on Tuesday, the initial polling date as scheduled by the PNG Electoral Commission.

Polling for NCD was deferred to today – Friday June 30. But this was not a good reason enough to stop the exposition today.

Even exhibitors are not worried about it.

Stephen Elllis, Productions Manager for RH Hypermart, said the exposition is a diversion/ distraction to all the negative issues going on.

“Yes Tuesday was quiet but we like to look at the positive, and this is something positive.”
